We spent relaxing days at the beach, soaking up the sun under a thatched umbrella until sunset. The miles of empty beach in Mazatlan provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, our room had fluffy towels and was cleaned well by the maid.
Some of the people we encountered were not as friendly as we had hoped.

Access to the beach is convenient. The pool is wonderful. The staff is friendly and fun. The bar and restaurant serve great drinks and food. Plenty of English-speaking TV channels.

Good complementary breakfast and free airport shuttle. Prime location in the heart of the city with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooftop pool was a nice perk and offered great views of the city.
The room was very noisy and I could hear traffic all night long. The air conditioning unit was very loud and kept me awake.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, the hotel facilities were impressive, and the location right on the most gorgeous beach in Mazatlan was unbeatable. We loved being right on the ocean, with easy access to the beach just down the beach to the right. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the "night life" of the Gold Zone made it an ideal location for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Located down the beach in the "touristy" area, this hotel offers a prime location right on the best beach in town. Guests can enjoy the spacious and nicely landscaped pool area, as well as two nice tennis courts. The privately owned condo units are fully stocked, clean, and provide a true home away from home experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the beach is huge with plenty of chairs and space.
The towel situation was a challenge, with towels often being out for laundry and requiring numerous calls for replacements.
